Jay O’Donnell
Jay began his career working in various levels of government, with a concentration in economic development. As executive director of the Southern New Jersey Partnership for Economic Development during the administration of Governor Christine Todd Whitman, Jay was responsible for promoting business and trade programs across 7 counties.

Whitman’s was the 3rd state administration that saw the benefits of Jay’s governmental work, he also served as economic development manager for the South Jersey Transportation Authority under Governor James Florio and as project manager for the New Jersey Urban Development Corporation during Governor Kean’s administration. Before this, he worked in economic development at both the local level in Linden, New Jersey and at the county level for a U.S. Small Business Administration’s Certified Development Corporation.

In 2000, Jay moved from his State position to lead the brokerage division of a full-service commercial real estate firm – giving him the opportunity to manage real estate transactions from the private sector side. This switch provided Jay with valuable experience in capital improvement decisions, lease negotiations, property management, and marketing issues.

Today, Jay puts his deep knowledge and vast experience to work for his clients, helping business owners to successfully purchase or lease commercial properties in southern New Jersey as well as developing and redeveloping select commercial properties.
