Project Spotlight
The O’Donnell Group assisted the Franklin Electric Company, of Philadelphia, in finding a suitable space to relocate their headquarter offices and warehouse. Franklin Electric relocated to Moorestown, New Jersey in 2009. The O’Donnell Group also assisted Franklin in obtaining government funding for the project. Franklin received a Business Employment Incentive Program grant from the New Jersey Economic Development Authority helping with the relocation.
